Philip “PJ” Camp is a nationally recognized healthcare real estate investment banker with deep experience in seniors’ housing and capital markets. As Chief Investment Officer at Andev, he assists the firm’s leadership with capital and investment strategy for financings, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Previously, PJ was Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Fifth Third Bank, after its 2020 acquisition of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC and H2C Securities Inc., firms he co-founded in 2011. Under his leadership, the group completed $30 billion in transactions. In 2026, PJ received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from Healthcare Real Estate Insights for his contribution to the industry.

Earlier in his career, PJ led the Healthcare Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Keegan (a division of Regions Bank), established the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Shattuck Hammond Partners, which he and his partners later sold to Morgan Keegan, and was a founding member of the Real Estate Capital Markets Group at E&Y. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual degrees in Architecture and Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a licensed architect, real estate broker, and FINRA‑registered securities professional.
