Mark joined Andev Group from its inception. As CFO of the firm, Mark is primarily responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of development projects, debt and equity financings, joint venture management and investment accounting, reporting and compliance.

Before joining Andev Group, Mark was CFO of CRL Retirement Living, LLC, a Chicago-based senior housing and healthcare company, overseeing all financial aspects of development, financing and operations. Previously, Mark was a Managing Director of the Chicago-based CPA firm Mann, Benzinger & Co., specializing in serving real estate-related companies, including developers, contractors and investment holders. Mark was also a financial consultant to school districts and local government agencies.

Mark holds a BA in Accounting from the Walton School of Commerce, Chicago, a Certified Public Accountant license and a real estate managing broker license in Illinois.
