Dan is a business and real estate developer specializing in the healthcare and real estate industries, with experience across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Israel. His expertise includes development, turnaround and expansion of residential and retirement facilities, chronic care institutions and medical service businesses. His real estate development expertise includes project conceptualization, planning, financing, construction management, operations and marketing.

In addition to his role as CEO of Andev Group, Dan was previously the founder and CEO of CRL Senior Living Communities, LLC, which operated the portfolio of senior living facilities developed by Andev, until the company’s sale in 2008.

For over 25 years, Dan has been responsible for Andev Group’s continuing growth.
