Ben Ganther is president of Ganther Construction | Architecture, Inc., an open shop design / construction management firm in business since 1900. Ben has been president since 1992, and under his leadership, the Company has evolved from a self-performing general contractor to lean-principled construction management, architectural and construction services firm serving clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.

Ganther Construction | Architecture, Inc. has been the general construction and design-build firm of choice for Andev for over 25 years.

As Director of Design & Construction Services, Ben is intimately involved in the feasibility assessment of each Andev development, providing detailed cost analysis, design-build relationship and construction services from inception to completion.

Ben has served as President of Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin and was awarded the Wisconsin 2009 Build Wisconsin Award in the Design-Build Renovation Category for Bella Vista Independent and Assisted Living and Bella Vista Manor, both Andev-developed projects.
