Ariel joined Andev Group in 2023. Previously, he was an investment banker with Baird Global Investment Banking, where he executed over $1 billion in M&A transactions and provided other financial advisory services. Before joining Baird, Ariel served in the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he specialized in regional geopolitics and international cooperation. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Government from Reichman University.
