Ariel joined Andev Group in 2023 as Vice President of Development and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2025. Previously, he was an investment banker at Baird Global Investment Banking, where he executed over $1B in M&A transactions and provided other financial advisory services. Before joining Baird, Mr. Anbar served in various government and defense capacities. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Government from Reichman University.
